The Zalozhniy Quartet
Former field agent, notoriously cagey about his past. Efficiently but never excessively ruthless.
For the past two and a half years Somerset has been working the freelance market; who he was or what he did before that is his business. He won’t volunteer and he won’t answer any questions.
He contracts three to four jobs a year, typically of the high-risk, high-paying kind. He has a reputation for ruthless efficiency, a certain cold-hearted detachment married to a peculiar, unique sense of honour. He’ll kill when he has to or feels he should, but takes no relish in it, and he never indulges in excess.
